A Gate account removes the email from the server if the address is NOT in the from list.
Delete any email if = or >: ___ bytes.
This will remove the email if it equals or if it is greater than the specified file size in bytes. This is a powerful feature for automatically removing large attachments such as viruses!
Working With The From, Subject, To Headers:
The From, Subject, To headers section allows you to build a list of filters that cause the email to be removed at the server level automatically.
Note: The email filters work on a NON CASE SENSITIVE level so BOB is the same as bob.
From:
Since the filter process works by looking for the filter string anywhere in the from address, the following conditions would apply: Let's say we wanted to automatically remove any emails with the word "loan" in the from address. If you just add the word "loan" then any emails with the word "loan" would be removed:
bank@loan.com
"Loan Arranger" <johndoe@doe.com>
makealoan@money.com
All of the above emails would be removed if the word "load" was added to the from filter. If you just want to remove emails from a particular username simply add the full email address:

"Junk bonds available"
"junky deals to be made"
The above emails would be removed if the word "junk" was added to the
subject filter. If you just want to remove emails with a particular subject line
simply add the full subject:
"Junk items for sale"

return on your keyboard.
