Event handler which asks for the confirmation of an action.

If no event handler is assigned, a MessageDlg will be used.

Parameters:

	Sender	the BTVisualFtp component.
	Messagetext	the text which should be displayed.
	Confirm	assign True to this parameter to confirm the action.
