export

public void export(java.lang.String fileName)
            throws java.io.IOException

Exports the content of DataStorage to NetCDF file

Parameters:

fileName - name of the file to export data

Throws:

java.io.IOException - if i/o problem occurs

exportDataMarray

public void exportDataMarray(ucar.nc2.NetcdfFileWriteable datExp,
                             DataStorage storage)
                      throws java.io.IOException

Exports data to multidimensional array. Only channels with attribute NORMAL_CHANNEL (default) will be exported

Parameters:

datExp - netCDF writtable file

storage - data storage to export

Throws:

java.io.IOException - if i/o problem occurs
