Roni Music Decrackle Plugin

An advanced filtering function that will remove most of the scratches and crackles that may be present on recording made from old worn out vinyl records.

Set the desired "Sensitivity" setting - use the lowest setting that gives a good result. A too high setting may remove some of the treble of the sound.

Please note that the plugin has an internal delay of 2048 audio samples. If your host software does not compensate for this (most do), the processed sound will be shifted 2048 samples.

VST plugin:
On Windows and Mac OS 8/9 computers you should place the VST plugin in the folder were you keep your other VST plugins - please refer to the documentation for your host.
On Mac OS X computers you should place the VST plugin in the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST folder.

Audio Unit (AU) plugin:
On Mac OS X computers you should place the AU plugin in the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components folder.

The unregistered version of the plugin has one limitation.
A short soft sinus tone will be inserted every now and then.
By registering you will receive instructions that converts the program to a full version without limitations.
