DelayExec will launch a file after a specified delay interval.

Product Description
Have you ever wanted to delay the execution of a program? Now you can with DelayExec. This small utility accepts command line parameters to launc the file of your choice. The first parameter is the full path to the file you would like to execute. The second parameter is the delay time, in seconds. Optionally you can tell the software to minimize or maximize the launched file, by default it will launch the file nomrally. There is no user interface to the program, it is ran from the command line and is completely hidden/stealth. You can also view the product information online for DelayExec.
