Step By Step Guide To Start Using The Desktop Viewer

IMPORTANT NOTE:

First, unzip the the viewer application and install it on your PC.

Once done, open application and you'll see the software resides on your windows tray bar. Double click on it to open.

To receive messages, you sometimes need to disable your firewall or antivirus programs. Please do so when you are running the application.

 

Step 1: The Application

Open the application and click on the settings button.

 

Step 2: Add an account

Click on Accounts tab and then click on Add Account button.


Step 3: Add
new account information 

 


Enter Username, Password and Account Passport that you receive once you register an account with us. You should have also received an email providing you all the account information. If not, check your spam folder for that email.

Click on the Validate button and you'll get these options:


Fill in the blank fields that are mandatory, then click Next button.


Click Finish button to proceed to the next step.

 
Step 4:
Check if your account is correctly added.

You should be able to view something like this in the Accounts tab:

 


Step 5: Notifications & Connection


Configure your message notifications settings:


Configure your connection settings:

  • By default, leave the option "Don't use proxy" checked but if you are facing problems with your ISP and need to use proxies, you can select the "Use this proxy" option by adding your Host address inside the blank field.

Note: this option is for advanced users only!

 

Step 6: Start reading your messages




To read the full message, select the message and click on the (a) or (b).

(a) View Message: This option allows you to view the message in a popup window. This option is recommended. 

(b) View in Browser: Click on this button to allow you to read in your current browser.

(c) Contact Author: This option allows you to reply to a message. You can use the information provided and email from web or you can just click the Reply with Outlook button if you have MS Outlook as your email client.
