To include projects in the EGL build path:
- In the Project Explorer view, right-click a project to link to
other projects; then click Properties. The
Properties window opens.
- Select the EGL Build Path properties page.
- A list of all of the other projects in your workspace is displayed
in the Projects tab. To add projects to the
build path of the current project, click the check box beside each
project.
- To put the projects in a different order or to export any of them,
click the Order and Export tab and do as follows:
- To change the position of a project in the build-path order, select
the project and click Up or Down.
- To export a project, select the check box of the project to export.
- To manage all the projects at once, click the Select
All or Deselect All button.
- Click OK.
If you are generating to Java™ and
want to use parts in a referenced project at run time, you must make
the referenced project available at run time. You can either add that
project to the Java build path
of the current project, or you can add the referenced project to your
project as a JAR file.
To add a project to the Java build
path of your project:
- In the Project Explorer view, right-click a project to link to
other projects; then click Properties. The
Properties window opens.
- Select the Java Build Path properties page.
- On the Java Build Path page,
click Projects tab.
- Click Add,
- Select the check boxes of the projects to add and then click OK.
- Click OK again.
To add a referenced project as a JAR file:
- Right-click the project to use in your project and then click Export.
- In the Export window, expand Java and click JAR
file.
- Click Next.
- Under Select the resources to export, select
the check box of the project to export.
- In the JAR file field, specify the location
of the JAR file.
- Click Finish.
- Right-click the project in which to use the referenced project
and then click Properties.
- In the Properties window, click Java Build Path.
- Go to the Libraries tab.
- Click Add external JARs.
- Select the JAR file that you exported and click Open.
- Click OK.
