The columns property
specifies
the number of columns in which to display the elements of a variable
field array.
For example, if the array
has five elements and the value of the
columns property
is two, the first line of the form shows two elements, the second
line shows two elements, and the third line shows one element:
myIntArray INT[] { columns = 2 }
The columns property is meaningful for
arrays only. To control the distribution of array elements on screen,
whether horizontal or vertical, use the orientIndexAcross property.
The default value for this property is 1. You cannot update the
property at run time.
