canHelp property

Boolean that makes appear (if is true) on the toolbar, the button , which makes show to the final user a window with options for filter and order, determinated by code in automatic mode, without have to set filter criterions and values for every decisive table column and without have to click one or more time on the headers for the visualization rows sorting.
This button pressure call the function OnHelp, passed as a parameter in the grid inizialization, as every other property.
