You can create a View by entering the 'Search' Mode, as follows:

• Click on View \Search 

NB. In this mode, there are less buttons on your Tool Bars than in the 'Explorer' mode (the default mode).

A Search panel will then appear, as shown below.

• Type in the search criteria in the File mask field.  Click the Include Sub-Folders checkbox if you want your search to include any sub-folders. 
• Select the folder in which you want to search from the Select folder to search panel. 
• Click Create view. 

This will open the Create View dialog box, see below.

• In the View name field, type in a name for the View.
• Click on the User view* checkbox if you want this to be a 'User View', i.e only you have access.  If you do not click this checkbox, it will be created as a 'System View'.  This means any user/group can be given permissions to access this view.

       *for users who are not in the admin group, this checkbox will be checked by default and cannot be unchecked.

• Click Save

The View will now be created.
