In order to add (or 'Map') a new drive to the system, you must be a member of the admin group. This is done as follows:

• Click on Tools \ Options

    

• Click on Map Drive

The 'Map drive' dialog box will then appear, in which you add the details of the folder or select from the "Folder" tree view. (See "Map Drive Settings" for details on how to set this tree up)

    

• Type in a name for the Drive in the Alias: field.

• In the System path: field, type in the directory location for the drive that you wish to map or map it from the tree view on the right.

• Click Validate to confirm that the path is accessible by the system. 
  
  

    

• Click Save to add this folder to your list of mapped folders, or Cancel to exit the screen.
