A user who has permissions to create a folder can do so as follows:

• Check the address panel to ensure that you are in the folder where you want the new folder to be located.
• Click on File \ New Folder or click on the following icon on your Tool Bar.

    

The Create Folder dialog box will then appear. 

    

• Type in the name of your new folder and click Create Folder.

The new folder is then created, the dialog box disappears and the main page is refreshed.
