A user who is a member of the admin group can create a group as follows:

• Click on Tools / Users

    

Go in to the Groups tab.

• Click on Create Group

The Group admin dialog box will then be returned, in which the new group details are added.

    

• Type in the name for the group in the Group field.
• Select the Drives to which you want the users within the group to have access.  To select more than one, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on each.
• Select the Views that you want the users within the group to have.  To select more than one View, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on each View.
• Select a Default Virtual Drive from the drop-down menu.
• Click the Create user view checkbox to allow the users within the group to have permission to create their own views.
• Select any plugins from the Plugins list if you wish to allow the users within the group to have access to the functionality exposed by any plugins.  To select more than one plugin, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on each plugin.
• Click on Create.

The message 'Group created' will then be returned.  The Drive Permissions tab will then appear in which you can set the Drive permissions for the new user.

Click on Close Window to return to the main screen.
