A user who is a member of the admin group can delete a user as follows:

• Click on Tools / Users

    

The UserAdmin dialog box will then appear with a list of the current users.

    

• Click on the name of the user that you want to delete. 
  NB. It is not possible to delete the 'sa' user. If you attempt to do so, the message 'You cannot delete the sa user' will be returned.' 
• The user's profile will then appear in the Selected User dialog box.

    

• Click Delete

You will then be asked if you are sure you want to delete the user, with a warning that this action cannot be undone.

 

• Click Confirm delete if you are sure.  Click Cancel to exit the screen.

The message 'user deleted' will then be returned, with the name of the deleted user.
