Open a web browser and go to the web site http://www.anywheretogether.com.

Navigate to the Download page

You will be prompted with a dialog like the following:

Click Save

Save the file into a temporary directory of your choice

Navigate to the folder and you will see the file setup.exe.

You have successfully downloaded the software installation file.
