Once a folder has been snap shot enabled, permissions must be set per user per folder before a user can use snap shots. 

This user permission can only be set by a user who is in the admin group.

• Click on Tools \ Users and select the user for whom you are setting the permission.

    

The user's profile will then appear.  Go in to the Drive Permissions tab.

    

• Click the Snap Shot checkbox for any Drive that you wish the user to be able to snap shot.  NB. This checkbox will not appear if the folder has not been version control enabled.
• Click Update.
• The message 'User drive information updated' will be returned.

The user will then be able to Add a Version in this folder.
