In order to add (or upload) a file to a snap shot folder, you must have permissions to do so.  If so, proceed as follows:

• Click on File \ Upload File or click on the following icon on your Tool Bar.

    

The Upload File dialog box will then appear. 
* NB. A different dialog appears if you are uploading a file in a folder that is not snap shot enabled.  See Uploading a File.

    

    

• Click on the Browse button to choose the file that you wish to upload.  Once you have chosen the file, its path will appear in the box, as shown below:   

    

• Tick the Overwrite if file exists checkbox if this is required.

• Click on the Add to version control checkbox if you wish the file to be version controlled.
  
  
• Input a Label for the version if you have checked the 'Add to version control' checkbox.
  
  
• Input any Details relating to the version, if necessary.

• Click on Upload Files to upload the file to the server. 

The dialog box will then close and the file will then automatically appear in the Filelist panel.
