Any user can view previous snap shots of a file as follows:

• Right click on the file and select Properties

    

• The File Information dialog box will then appear.  Ensure that you are in the Version information tab.
  
  

    

NB. The Check in button only appears if the user has version control permissions within the folder.

• Click on the actual Version number to view.
  
  

A File Download dialog box will then appear.

    

• Click on Open to open the file, Save to save the file or Cancel to exit the screen.
