This example uses the JNDI/COS naming service provider to connect to the local tnameserv.
    String url = "iiop://localhost/";
    Hashtable env = new Hashtable();
    env.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY, "com.sun.jndi.cosnaming.CNCtxFactory");
    env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, url);
