Requirements: Just a Web Server with ASP pages support.  You DON'T need ASP.NET!

Feel free to use the calendar control, it does NOT require aditional files or annoying client elements,
and it is tested in IE and Netscape   (but it looks better on IE, you'll have to change the popup window size for Netscape)
