Accordeon

Items are grouped by an accordeon. One accordeon area may be active at a time, the other areas are hidden.

Click the light-blue accordeon title bar to activate it.

The contents of the details panel is synchronised with the active accordeon area in the menu panel.

When, in the details panel, one of the Feeds or Messages tabs has been selected, the accordeon shows corresponding operations, e.g. Create or Edit. When the Help tab has been selected the accordeon is a table-of-contents selector.

Accordeon area contents

Usually the areas in the menu (left) panel show lists of items (e.g. Feeds or Messages). Additionally they may contain one or more action buttons such as the refresh list button.

The accordeon area may also contain a descriptive text, or have no contents at all, just acting as a selector for the corresponding sub-panel in the details panel.
