My Grade V 1.5 - Online Documentation

This program will help you keep track all the grades about your homework assignments/test/school project/exam, so you know which grade you are for every class.

Ready to Start

 If you are using trail version, you will not be able to add new record instead you can tap on the existing records that comes with the sample databases. Therefore, you can still follow through this tutorial without any problem.

First you have to build-up your subject list, because when you create a new record you need those are ready for you to pick from the popup field.

This is the main screen when the program launched, you will see the little arrow pointing downward on the top right side is the records filter. 
  • Tap on the button called EDIT SUBJECT
This is the screen showing your current subject listing , you may have nothing on, but we are going to build it now.
  • Tap on the button called NEW
This is the screen to let you key in the actual subject, so just key in the subject you want to the subject field and the name of the teacher if you want.
  • Tap on the OK , will save the records and bring you back to the previous subject list screen. From there you can tap the NEW button again to build more subject. After you finish built all the subjects then tap OK again. The program will bring you back to the main screen.

Suggestion to enter the subject

Suggestion 1

  • You can name your subject like (English, Math, Science), this way when using the filter on the main screen, it will shows everything for this subject.

Suggestion 2

  • You can name your subject like (English-Assignment, English-Test, English-Exam) ,this way you when using the filter on the main screen, you can see all the grades for assignments, all the grades for Test/Quiz.

 

We are back to the main screen and now we are go to start create the data record.
  • Tap on the button NEW
  • Tap on the one of the sample record (for trial version) 

 
This screen is the details record.
  • Desc - Put in the description of this assignment or exam or test, please refer to the sample data records.
  • Subject - Pick the subject from the subject list you built
  • Grade - Input the grade you got.
  • Date - you can put in the date you got the grade or the date this assignment being submitted. It is really up to you to define which date should be in this field.
  • Tap on button NOTE to input additional details for this record.
  • Tap on OK, when you are done.

 
Filter the records by subject
  • Tap on the downward arrow on the top , it will be bring up the subject list, all you have to do is just pick the subject you are interested to see. The table will then only shows all grades related to that subject.
