System Setting
Click “System Setting” from Monitor main menu Tools->System Setting
to set the global parameters of NetWatcher Monitor.

Client timeout: This is to set up NetWatcher Client timeout,
i.e. the network timeout in which duration NetWatcher Monitor will
wait for supervision and control execution. Once it is exceeded,
NetWatcher Monitor regards disconnection with NetWatcher Client.
The minimal value is 5 second, ranging from 5 to 60 second. The
scale is 5 second.
Work thread number: This is to set up concurrent work thread
number, which could be tuned according to hardware configuration of
NetWatcher Monitor and network bandwidth. The scale is 1.
Supervision interval: This is to set up the supervision
interval, by which NetWatcher Monitor supervises screens of
NetWatcher Client periodically. Also, this parameter could be tuned
according to hardware configuration of NetWatcher Monitor and
network bandwidth. The minimal value is 2 second, ranging from 2 to
62 second. The scale is 5 second. For standard version of
NetWatcher Monitor, the minimal adjustable unit is 1 second; for
enterprise version, the minimal adjustable unit is 0.5 second.
Screen zoom ratio (100% is default size): This is to modify
supervision screen size. It is based on default size.
Log path: This is to set up log path storing screen capture,
URL access, program run and keystroke input log files. Furthermore,
total log file size is controlled by days or space quota.
Shutdown mode: This is to configure the remote computer
shutdown mode, either safe mode or forced mode. The safe mode will
shut down system to a message and let user power off computer;
while forced mode will power off computer compulsively.
