How to transfer and backup the SMS & Contacts from android phone to your computer?

Step 1: First, download OBBO-Android-SMS-Contacts-Backup.zip to your computer;

Step 2: Unzip the file you downloaded just now, you can see Phone port and PC port, then copy the installation file "OBBO Android SMS & Contacts Backup.apk" from Phone Port to your phone SD Card. You may need to connect your device to a desktop computer or laptop using your android phone software. (Here, for example, Copy OBBO Android SMS & Contacts Backup.apk to the SD card’s "download" folder).

Step 3:Then click the .apk file and install it, only a few seconds, it will be setup sucess.

Step 4:Final, click ’Done’ to exit. Now you can found the software in your list of apps

Install PC Port software

Step 1: First, download OBBO-Android-SMS-Contacts-Backup.zip to your computer;

Step 2: Unzip the file you downloaded just now, you can see Phone port and PC port, then open PC Port, you can see the installation file "Setup.exe".

Step 3: Then double click the "Setup.exe" file to setup, after several stepsonly and only a few seconds, it will be setup sucess. You can see screenshot as below:

Step 4:Now, click ’Finish’ to return. You can see the OBBO Android SMS & Contacts Backup in the "All Programs" and your "Desktop".

How to transfer and backup the SMS & Contacts from android phone to computer?
Remark: "Contacts" operation refer to "SMS" operation.

Step 1: First, found "OBBO Android SMS & Contacts Backup" in your list of apps, run it.

Step 2: Click"start the memory trip" to enter the main interfacein.

Step 3: Then, Click on "Backup SMS" in the main interface to backup you SMS messages in android phone.

Step 4: In the showing up screen, choose the location or folder where you want to save the test message. ( The software save your message directly to the SD card root ), Name the folder, if not fill, means using the software default name. Then click "OK" to start backup, only a few seconds, it will be sucess. And you can find the .phbs(SMS) or .phbc(contact) document in the location which you save your text message.

Remark: If you had buy our registered code, you can go to the registration page, input the registered code to finished your registration. Because only 10 SMS/Contacts are allowed by Trial. You will see the follow screenshot:

If register successfully, you won’t see the notes of: "Sorry, You only backup 10 message otherwise you registered!" Then you can safely use.

Step 5: You can check the operation log, find if the backup is succeed.

So far, you can use the software provided by your android phone to transfer .phbs(SMS) or .phbc(Contacts) files to your computer.

Step 2: Click "File"—>"Import" or simply click the import button on the main interface, select the one you want to import: .phbs (SMS) or .phbc(contact) file. Click "Open".

Step 3: Here you can easily do a series of operations, including viewing, search, edit, create, delete messages or contacts etc.

Print SMS

Remark: "Contacts" Print please see the way of "SMS" Print.

Step 1: Click "print all SMS" —>"Output to print" enter the printing page.

Step 2: Then click the print button, select the printer to print out.

Step 2: Click "File"—>"Import" or simply click the import button on the main interface, select the one you want to import: .phbs (SMS) or .phbc(contact) file. Click "Open".

Search SMS

You can find the SMS by the keyword for example: Input SMS, you can see the SMS which contain SMS.

Add SMS

Click "Add" button, edit new contents, click "OK".

And click"save the current message", after saved, you can see the new message is on the list.

Add Contacts

Click "ADD Contacts" button, then can add the information you want directly to the blank area, click "Save the current contact".

Edit SMS/Contacts

Select the SMS/Contacts you want to modify, modify directly on the SMS/Contact, then click "save the current SMS/Contact", after save successfully, you can see the modified SMS/Contact are on the list.

Delete SMS/Contacts

Select SMS/Contacts you want to delete, click "delete" button, then the SMS/Contacts you want delete are deleted. Click "save the current SMS/Contacts", after save successfully, you will not see the SMS/Contacts you don’t want.

After all operation click "Save" to save them. Save, the soft ware will prompt, because the data source .phbs(SMS) or .phbc(Contacts) document will change according the save, please operation carefully.

Now, transfer the .phbs(SMS) or .phbc(Contacts) file from computer to your android phone SD card by android phone's software, you can restore them to your android phone.

Export .TXT

Click "File"—>"Export", select the format of export (select .txt), select the import location, name the export document, click "save".

Export .CSV

Click "File"—>"Export", select the format of export (select .csv), select the import location, name the export document, click "save".

Export .PDF

This is different from the other two ways.

First, Click "Print all SMS" —> "save as file" into the printing page, then click "print", select the location you want to save, name the export document, click "save". Then you can find export .pdf text message in the location you saved.

Step 1: Find OBBO Android SMS & Contacts Backup from your android phone programs list then run it.

Step 2: Then, Click on "Restore SMS", pop up the rerun document window, select the document you want to rerun to your phone, click "OK", only a few seconds, rerun successfully.
