Introduction

MCoP PHP Newsletter v1.0 is a program for creating and sending e-newsletters with a predefined theme and format.
It can be used by more than one user on a sever.
Subscribers can change their fields of intrest or unsubscribe from mailing list.

     The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this product.

Installing and using "MCoP PHP Newsletter" signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.


Installation

 1- You need a PHP function to encode passwords:
      You can get a code file from http://mcop.netfirms.com/phpnl.html.
      You can order a new code file from http://mcop.netfirms.com/order.html?id=10.
      You can write code for this function yourself by opening "code.inc" file and changing code function.

 2- Upload "mcopphpnl" directory to your sever "cgi-bin" directory.

 3- Upload "code.inc" to "mcopphpnl" directory.

 4- Change the permission of blew files to Read and Write for all groups (chomd 0777):
      config.txt
      fields.txt
      messages.txt
      prof.txt
      subscribers.txt
      themes.txt
      users.txt
      verification.txt

 5- Change the permission of "mcopphpnl" and "archive" and "themes" directories to Read and Write and Searchable for all groups.

 6- Upload "mcopphpnlfiles" directory to your sever "www" directory.

 7- Brows http://yourserver/cgi-bin/mcopphpnl/setup.php

 8- Complete setup form and click "Setup" button.

 9- Delete "setup.php" file.

10- Brows http://yourserver/cgi-bin/mcopphpnl/mcopmail.php

11- Login to MCoP PHP Newsletter.

12- Configure your accounts.

13- Go to "Newsletter Configurations" from "Configurations" tab.

14- Configure all of "Newsletter Configurations" correctly.

15- Go to "Fields" from "Configurations" tab.

16- Add at least one field.

17- Go to "Themes" from "Configurations" tab.

18- Add at least one theme.

Now MCoP PHP Newsletter is ready to use.
