Create a new TextAreaFieldDescriptor.

Parameters:

name - the field name (must be unique per AdapterConfigurationGuiDescriptor or TableDescriptor).

description - a helpful description of the field.

rows - the number of rows in the rendered text area

columns - the number of columns in the rendered text area
