Power-Expense Desktop Version 1.0 is the desktop companion of our product Power-Expense. It runs on all Windows 98/ME/2000/XP and let you to read, delete, export the data on your Windows PC.
· PC that running Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
· Power-Expense application installed into your PDA before using this
program, you can download the demo version from link below:
· Palm Desktop and Hotsync Manager
Installation
· Double click on the SETUP.exe file
· Install the Power-Expense for on your PDA, if you haven't done yet.
· Launch the Power-Expense on your PDA and enter at least one Record.
(One Category, One Payment Type, and one full expense record)**This must be
done
· Start the HotSync
· Launch the Power-Expense Desktop program and you should see the data
you just entered on your PDA is showing on the desktop program
Uninstallation
· Go to the windows control panel and delete it within "Add/Remove Program"

Select your PDA user name once you launch the program. You will see the screen as below:

Select the File from menu bar, you will see a list of options:

Menu Option - File
Save - Save the data
Save and Install - Save the data, backup the database, and send it into your
PDA on next hotsync
Export to CSV - export all the data in CSV format, you can open it using EXCEL
for printing or reporting.
Exit - Quit the program
On the Edit menu, you will see a list of options as below:

Create New Record - Add a blank record on the top of the table, double click
on the empty row will bring up the data entry form, Shown below:

Delete Selected Title- delete a selected record
Edit Categories - show up the form for add/edit/delete the categories.
Edit Payment - show up the form for add/edit/delete the payment types.
Options:
Startup Option - Select the PDA user name
You can also sort the record by Date, Category, Item, Payment, and Amount.
