                          ATTENTION

November 23, 2003. If you use version 7.xx or newer of any of the pedits,
LapTopHack, or pToolSet, then all your pedits, LapTopHack, and pToolSet must
be 7.xx or newer since they are not compatible with version 6.xx or older.

                          ATTENTION

July 24, 2002. If you already have pToolSet 6.27+ installed, then there is no
need to perform the following procedure when upgrading to the latest version.

Otherwise, prior to installing pToolSet 6.26, built on July 24, 2002, please
use your current pToolZapper all by itself [it is part of the pToolSet
package], and run it with the "delete all pToolSet modules" box CHECKED and
the "delete saved preferences too" box UNCHECKED.

After that, please do a "pin reset" of your Palm Powered handheld. This will
close some databases which may have been left open by the current version of
pToolSet.

Most likely the latter described "pin reset" is unnecessary since only a very
few Palm Powered handheld were effected by a problem which was fixed on July
24, 2002. However, it will not hurt your Palm Powered handheld.

                          ATTENTION

July 1, 2002. As of version 6.20 of pToolSet, you must not use LapTopHack or
menuNavigatorHack version 6.18 with pToolSet. Otherwise, pToolSet will fail
to function properly. Please upgrade to 6.20+.

                          ATTENTION

As of May 23, 2002, the applications pToolsOn, pToolsOff, and pDateVolt have
been replaced by pToolOn [no "s"], pToolOff [no "s"], and pInfoTool,
respectively.

If you still have any of the obsolete pToolsOn, pToolsOff, and pDateVolt on
your Palm Powered handheld, then, PRIOR to installing the latest pToolSet,
you should install pToolZapper all by itself [it is part of the pToolSet
package], and run it with the "delete all pToolSet modules" box CHECKED and
the "delete saved preferences too" box UNCHECKED.

This will delete all your pToolSet modules BUT it will leave your saved
pToolSet preferences untouched.
