Hello dear user - this is a short explanation how to bring the program to run.
copy the shareware.exe into any folder you want. Then copy the *.dll into 
the ...\windows\system folder. Then you are ready. No more work have to be done.
But moment - you must start the shareware :-)).

Be sure that you have done a little work for your hardware PLL - in
the shareware version only the SAA1057 IC from Philips. Study the datasheet
till you are shure what you are doing.

Your RS232 lines must coupled in the following way to the PLL IC:

---> TxD = Data (here are the control/frequency bits to be transported)
---> RTS = DLEN (data latch enable)
---> DTR = DTR (this line builds the own clock rate for the IC SAA1057)

Thats all. Look at the cable for these standardized notations at rs232 interface.
