On the
Palette, click
Group, and drag the field in the Body area.
On the Report Structure
panel, click the group.
In the
"Properties" view,
click Group
By, then click a field on the list.
Click
Specified
Order, and click the Browse button.
The Specified Order Grouping dialog
box appears.
Click
New, and click a field from the
Named Group
list.
Note:
To select a field
from the Named Group list you must be connected to the data source.
You can edit the
condition used to filter data for the group. Click the Conditional Formula area
beside the Named Group and set the filter conditions. For more information, see
Using the Record Filter
dialog.
Repeat step 5 until you have
created all the custom groups that you want for the report.
Click an option for
organizing the records that are not in one of the custom groups.
