From the
Window menu, select
Show
View, and click
"Field
Explorer".
The
"Field
Explorer" view displays the database fields that you can add to your
report. It also shows formula fields, parameter fields, and running total
fields that you have defined for use in your report.
Note: You can drag items from
the
"Field
Explorer" view to replace other items in your report. For example, if
you have formatted a field in your report and you want to replace that field
while maintaining its formatting, you can switch the fields by holding the
Shift key while you drag the replacement field from the
"Field
Explorer" view.
