There may be times when you want to
include non-printing comments with a report (a personal note to the report
recipient, a note to explain more thoroughly the data on which the report is
based, a report title, a comment about some particular data on the report, and
so on).
You can use the comment field of the
report to add comments. The comments do not print with the report; however, you
can add the comments to the report if you want to.
