To install FontBucket, do the following:
You will now find FontBucket in your list of applications, and you are ready to go!
FontBucket will give access to custom fonts for supported applications. FontBucket is easy for developers to add support for, and its free, so if your favorite applications don't support FontBucket, contact the developers and encourage them to support it.
FontBucket requires Palm OS 3.0 or above. FontBucket will not run on the PalmPilot Professional or Personal.
Included is a User Manual in Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 format, suitable for printing or online viewing. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free program available on the Internet. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 installed, you can download it at:

If you are viewing the manual, you may want to do the following to help you navigate and view the files easier. Choose Preferences->General from the File menu and make sure that the checkbox titled "Smooth Text and Monochrome Bitmaps" is NOT checked. This will make the text more readable on the screen.
If you open the manual with an older version of Acrobat Reader, you will get an error message.
FBConvert
The Font directory now includes the FBConvert program for Windows. This program will convert Windows fonts into FontBucket fonts. These converted FontBucket fonts are dual-resolution fonts and will appear in high resolution on Palm OS5 devices that have a high resolution screen.
If you are only using these fonts on a standard resolution device, turn off high-resolution on the fonts you create. The fonts will take up less memory.
