You need to install the WTME Web application on a web server with php and MySQL installed. Once this is done then you can embed the tracker page into any website head section which will start monitoring the website traffic below are the steps that you should take to make WTME work.
Upload the wtm.sql SQL file to any database once uploaded it will create a table in which we will put our data. You can upload sql query files using database managers software for example phpmyadmin.
Edit the variables in global.php to your conditions. For example it contains MySQL database variables and username and password for viewing the website traffic that has been monitored.
Then you upload the WTME directory that came with this download package to your web server using a FTP server manager for example FileZilla.
Then you need to use iframe to link the tracker.php file to the website you want its traffic to be tracked. As the iframe will be visible we will use the code below to blend it with the background.

the state 1 means that it is active and state 0 means it is closed
